I know that Call Centers don't do drug tests. Pretty much what you will do is answer phones for some company. I answered phones for Capital One and they never tested me. Not that drugs were an issue for me. You really should think about the whole drug thing, I mean do you want a drug problem to hinder your chances of getting and keeping a good paying job?

Use of drug is banned in most of the countries. But very few countries do drug test before any job offer. If you are known as drug addict then no one will.
Only job left for you is getting self employed.

Yes. The ones that do usually test only once during the hiring process, on a predictable reoccuring basis, or only after an accident. Just don't do drugs prior to a test.

Small companies generally don't, and nonprofit organizations tend not to either, unless you're a driver or something where they might be liable.

Yes, there are several jobs out there that don't do drug tests, but if you're looking for a corporate type position, just know that they will do some other type of criminal background check and ask you to agree to a drug test at a later period.
