Where can I get a free online class on customer service and training on everything related to customer serv?
need help on everything related to customer service in a call center, video on how to answer the phone? deal with difficult customer, starting and closing a call, I mean all information that can help me sharpen my customer service rep skills. need free online class, demos on role play with customers. thanks
