What types of part time jobs are there other than working in retail?
Asked by bailey
I'm about to become a part time student again after having 3 years in paid employment. I am studying jewellery making from september. Ideally I would like to work in a jewellery environment but obviously I have no experience yet. Is it possible to get a part time position in this field that isn't in retail? I'm quite shy! Any suggestions, even if it's not in the jewellery industry? Help!

One thing you could do is approach small jewellery manufacturers if there are any in your area to see if they need any office support. Small companies won't need this full time, but may need some basic part time help with eg invoicing, record keeping etc etc. The advantage of working in the office of a firm in the industy is that you'd learn some of the business background that will help you make profits for your own business later.

Hey Bailey,
You can make some really good part time money with this.
I have been averaging more then two thousand dollars a month for the last several months on line. If you'd like to see proof that they pay, site descriptions, and more information, please see my profile. All of these sites are free to join.
Hope this helps.
