How can i find a parttime job?

Im a 17 year old going through high school and i desperately need a parttime job to make money for college, but i've applied to many places only to no avail. I feel hopeless and I am so confused why I can't get a job.

www.seek.co.nz (for new zealand)

fast food jobs are the quickest to hire.the economy sucks so that's your best bet for a job right now

I would try an online option so it can fit around ur studies etc, and get more than just minimum wage. I did, im a stay at home mum to 3 kids and do this at night when they are in bed, ive just started and have almost managed to pay my bills bills bills, that just seemed to keep rolling in! At this rate i will be paying cash 4 anything soon, no more finance, interest free terms....... take a look u might b surprised :)
