When you're applying for a job .....?

should you put down your most recent employer if the reason you left is because there wasn't enough work and you thought you had a job elsewhere .... they would have to use it as a reference so would have to tell the truth but it looks like good experience...??thanks

Always put your most recent employer. It's fine to say you left because they couldn't offer you enough hours. Any reference from them would just say something similar

You should always put down your most recent employer, but don't put down that you left because there wasn't enough work. Just put down what you did do at work and keep a positive relationship with your current employer.
