What is the job called for someone who trains others in Customer Service?

I have always worked in Customer Service and I am looking into jobs where I would pass that experience onto others. Ideally, I am looking at going into a company that specialises in training other companies and teams in excellent customer service. Does anyone know of any companies that specialise in this line of work and what the job title would be?

I too work in customer service and i am going to start the a1 assesors course in customer service...this means you assess people who are working in customer serive and towards an nvq qualification..it costs around 700-800 pounds for the course and you must have access to two people who are doing a NVQ in cux service..ask your local college/adult college.. i hope this helps.
