Provides skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in the home.

This individual will independently assess, plan, and deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's orders and under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing. He/she will also act as the Case Manager for the patient coordinating care of all disciplines in each case to ensure continuity of care. Must have current North Carolina license for Registered Nurse and current CPR.

Weekday positions available.
