Ultra Clean Technology is a developer and supplier of critical subsystems for the semiconductor and capital equipment industry, focusing on gas delivery systems. We have an immediate need for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in our growing Austin , Texas site.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements and maintains material control systems and procedures
  • Provides direction and leadership to team according to established policies and management guidance.
  • Selects, develops and evaluates staff to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse and shipping/receiving functions
  • Ensures materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to customer specification and delivered in a timely manner
  • Reviews receipt of materials to ensure purchase orders are open and quality/quantity of materials received is correct
  • Ensures materials are available and kitted to meet production schedules
  • Oversees cycle count activity and other department metrics and analysis
  • Negotiates agreements with freight and delivery service providers
  • Establishes and modifies operational methods and procedures

Educational/Certification Requirement:

· BA/BS degree preferred.

· APICS, CPM or CPIM preferred.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years related experience in materials function, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment or related industry
  • Working knowledge of quick-turn, engineer-to-order environment
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop, lead and motivate team members to ensure daily goals are met
  • Ability to work effectively with operations and other groups to ensure that site delivery and quality issues are met
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) and MRP software
  • Must be able to lift and control up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Clean driving record required
